Details for the sitting monkey Amigurumi Crochet Pattern
Maurice the Monkey – Crochet this cute little sitting monkey, part of our Amiani Range (Amigurumi animals). These patterns can be made with any yarn size. The yarn size you choose will determine the size of your finished Amiani. Keep to the same size yarn for each colour used.
As a guide, using DK/Light Worsted yarn with 4mm hook will produce an Amiani approx. 8cm tall. Using Chunky/Bulky yarn and 5mm hook produced an Amiani approximately 12cm tall. Patterns give details for suggested safety eyes sizes.
To crochet this monkey crochet pattern, you will need:
Brown and cream yarn (or any 2 colours) – less than 70yds of each needed
A pair of safety eyes
Toy stuffing (polyester fibre filling)
Yarn needle & scissors
